Sturgeon
Sturgeon refers to a rare and ancient family of fish, encompassing twenty seven species within the Acipenseridae lineage. Found primarily in the waters of the Northern Hemisphere, these species are known for their longevity and slow maturation. Today, several of them face critical endangerment, making their preservation increasingly important.

Osetra
Osetra caviar originates from the Classical Caspian Sturgeon Acipenser gueldenstaedtii and is regarded as one of the most refined expressions of caviar. Valued for its balanced character and subtle complexity, it represents a level of quality shaped by time, precision, and restraint. Its flavor is delicate and layered, with a smooth, nutty profile and a refined mineral finish.
